Hope you told them.... Tellin the KZbin community really doesn't make much sense as 99.9% of the viewers don't give a flip. Guess lot of folks just need to share.... Personally proud of you that at such a young age you could set a goal so serious. At that age, with parents that totally ignored me, well until time to whip me like a mining mule for an imagined infraction, my last thot would be to attain greatness so I could take care of them. They are 90 and 80 something in 2024 and haven't seen them in months. They don't remember the "bad" years. Have two sisters that want everything they have taking care of them. So how does this all sound to you? Useless, right? Sorry. Bad day. Hope your life was better and that you achieved great success. Compared to my beginnings I'm a frigging billionaire. I've given back ten times what I recieved....ten times nothing except showing up when the sisters were too busy and no reward in it for them. Life's a hoot sometimes.

I saw this movie, but I didn't realize how hard of a time this person had, while trying to get a job. I don't understand why the wife left, who is not being abused. I understand that she also wasn't able to find work, so went where she could. It would have been a blessing for them to stay together, but we don't really get to see what the real problems were. Now, I have never seen anyone who deserves to be rich. I've had hard times, but God has blessed my hard times to include a place to stay. Prayers. No-one in this country should be homeless. I've seen the homeless refuse an apartment. They need mental care.

Motels are freaking expensive. I lived in an “extended stay hotel” (it was a motel) and it cost $1k a WEEK and that was 10 years ago!! It was one room and a bathroom. And I don’t mean one bedroom, I mean you walk in the front door from the parking lot and it’s just a room with a bed and tv, “full size” fridge, one stove top burner and a sink and then a bathroom. $1m A WEEK!!! Housekeeping came once a week to empty trash, sweep and mop half ass and change the bedding (only what looked dirty. And it was crazy how many families stayed there who just weren’t approved for a lease on an actual house or apartment due to their credit
