@@justj3484 not if you want to keep it looking nice and not some ghetto ebike with velcro straps holding the battery in. Best you can hope for is working with Amorge Batteries to get one that has more power and using the fardriver app to setup the FD controller to output more power. They might be able to make you a batter with more capacity but not much, and not worth the $1000 price tag

@@NickPCage It's not only about how much money you can save but about spending over $6k on something that only has 40 miles of range. If you are rich, this would be a very nice toy. But if you aren't rich but still can afford it, I don't know if it's worth that much money just for fun. I could buy several of these but I don't think I'd buy one. Matt said something about wishing the battery was 2x to 3x bigger though. For 120 miles of range, I would seriously consider it.

Wow, didn't think I'd ever see Erik Buell's creation on another two wheeled vehicle! He was the one responsible for creating perimeter brake disks for his bikes during his tenure at HD/Buell. You get a much larger braking surface, albeit with a slight rotational mass penalty, but they take longer to overheat and dissipate heat quicker when they do overheat because of that increased surface area. Oh, that bike has what's called CBS or Combined Braking System. When you use the front brake alone, it brakes a little bit in the rear and vice versa to settle the bike during hard braking. It's another safety feature that's usually used in bikes without ABS.

Brakes are on opposite sides on a motorcycle. So that explains your one side effecting the other mystery. lol The black one doesn't have those ape hangers. Low rise bars off a folding bike give that bike a whole different look. I made a seat for mine that holds 2 people. I highly recommend this. 2 people on this thing is no problem. They also make a sidecar for it. Neato. I hear there is a Fardriver controller abd it is not even turned up. 100a BMS but i bet you can still turnthat controller up to 120a. That's an e-scooter. It is NOT a motorcycle so relax.You may not even be able to tag that in California. The bike is 4000w, because the NHTSA defines a motorcycle as being over 5bhp. Turn that Fardriver up and revisit this one. This is the the City Coco bike with fine jewelry on it. You can get the City Coco for 2K still on Amazon so anyone thats on a budget can start with one of those and turn it in to one of these. Whoever did the redesign on these things did a really good job.

The way those discs are mounted is called a perimeter brake, it was first used on Buell motorcycles. I’m pretty certain it doesn’t have ABS, if one lever affects both sides it’s because the front and back brakes are linked, but you might be able to operate the rear brake independently.

I'm frankly more jealous about the location you live at than the e-chopper. Looks so nice there, same for the vibe. It's mostly sour-puss over here. These e-chopper are nice, but not until they get the speeds where you can get comfortable on a highway and with more capacity, so you can drive a lot further. Although at the location where you're at, I can see how these models are still worthwhile for it.

ive been going crazy on wether or not to get there m8 red version but so far everyone is telling me no. i know its legal here to have on the street in MO but everyones being a debby downer. hopefully when i get the time to put money down on it i can ride for the first time in peace. i usually use leg power or others give me a lift and i feel like this is a really good quality build and style. want to ride free and learn for myself what the eahora can offer. hopefully soon (fingers crossed)

No denying that this thing looks cool, but I think for that kind of money, I’m prolly gonna be looking at the CSC E5, which is far less cool looking, being a step through scooter, but it costs less and has a 5000W mid drive motor, three 60Vx31Ah batteries (5580 Whr), and even has tech features like a dash cam built in. (In reality, this thing is a cruiser/toy, and the ES5 is a serious commute scooter, but man this thing is an expensive toy). PS: CSC is in Azusa, so you could go check them out. @@k4t078 That is an even worse argument. Because I have a registered 85 cc phantom in a chromed out beach cruiser/chopper frame that my fatass is able to get to 57. I paid 800 for the bike, I think 200 and some change for the motor. Light kit, exhaust, carb, muffler, and tank was all maybe 100 total. It's even cheaper to do this on a gas bike. There is no possible example of a less efficient purchase than this, for the purpose of which it was built, style or performance. Hell for 6 grand you could get a 90s sport bike, a 2000s cruiser, AND pick up a 70s project enduro with the left over change off facebook marketplace.🤷🏾‍♂

These are scooters and are marketed as scooters even on the official website they list them as scooters. The chrome version is extremely overpriced compared to the black version. The only difference between them is the chrome and the base price for the chrome is $6280 and the black version $4980.
