Could you add cups by your grams...I Google grams to make this first dessert and I still got the honey and sugar amount wrong...oh so wrong lol 😆 Anyway, it would help. I'm going to try the nougat again but NOT with a CUP of honey...that I read a grams of honey was online. Sorry

Nobody instructed you on how a kitchen can opener operates. The cutting blade goes on the OUTSIDE of the can lid and cuts beneath the seam. Lid can't fall in, and cuts easier since the metal is thinner. Also look at your opener. See those angled tabs? They ride on top of the lid. The crank is horizontal on top of the lid. Try that.
