She said in the video they were LED Strip lights. Available on Amazon. But you can easily substitute many other types of lights, such as repurposing Christmas tree lights, twinkle lights, "runner" lights, etc. MANY people toss these kinds of holiday lights in Jan/Feb. With a little effort, (say, posting on local social media) you could acquire similar lighting for FREE as well as save it from adding to the landfill. Thus you can design your own unique look ;-) Everyone Wins!
