It is not, this episode was made around 1989, back then the PC was not useful for an average joe like Al but in the mid 90's it was already an awesome thing to have. Mostly because of the games. 90's was the golden age of gaming, in the end of the 90's corporations and their money took over the industry but the 90's was beautiful. Cell phones were optional, internet was in its wild west stage and nothing was computerised what can't be done without a computer. Today it is a terrible thing because of the transhuman agenda they are pushing but also the truth is only available now on the internet.
