This week, the Buckleys are back! Thank god!...Wednesdays are so boring without them! James pops into London to catch up with a very familiar old 'friend'!!
Clair stays at home to tackle the broken washing machine and of course....just as the weather turns cold, James decides its time to start BBQ'ing again! :) Our favourite mutt Paisley makes an appearance and James maybe gives us all a little too much information on his delicates! :)

From a butcher, the juice coming from the meat before you cook it is just protein. Beef and pork will both loss this as the joints have been rolled and tied causing compression, especially with shop brought meat as it is processed so quickly in the factory it doesn't have time to rest before packaging it. It shouldn't have any effect on the finished product. Keep up the good work Buckley's 0:00

Spot issue : first off warm shower on your face and then once your out put your thrumb up your nose to support the back of the spot and then a few mm away from the spot then squeeze together in all direction !!
