I translate: When people are authentic and honest and are opening up when talking to you, reward that. The more you reward it, the more often they do that. So when it happens with your wife, and you ask her what she thinks of you, she will answer honestly which can be daunting, since you have flaws to improve. To separate the wheat from the chaff means, to get honest authentic words from people rather than "chaff" which would be for example shallow talking.

The fucked up part, is when you ask someone directly to give you the straight dope, no matter how painful, but they totally ignore the question, give no answer at all, and then only tell you that painful truth later down the line when they are lashing out wanting to hurt you because you on the other hand have told them a painful truth, basically as soon as you have it, because it's already gutted you and you dont think it very healthy for the relationship at all to hide such things. And then when you see them again they have the temerity to give you the silent treatment as well as run away, for months, until when your paths cross yet again you get a "hello" and that you hang on to for progress, when you've known the person for eleven years Bitches be utter shit, let me tell you.

People often talk alot but actually say few things of value. The value is the wheat, everything else is chaff.
@aarikemberz85758 сағат бұрын
But what if someone is mainly all chaff... what then? Do u keep persuing for the wheat?

It can be hard to be honest even when you’re trying because sometimes you want to see the best in somebody so bad you’re in denial, and vice versa if you’re seeing the worst I suppose there can be truth to both versions of a person though so that still not useless insight

I started out something small. I need 5 minutes of quiet when I finish work. He now has 2 jobs that take 5 minutes and then I can give him 5 minutes to talk about work which is what he needs

Discriminating critic? In conclusion he has a point but, his bipartisan Jung philosophy in making his point is wrong. Although, if he is focusing on a crowd of particular false ideals and presenting that idea to the worthy minds he makes sense.

The piece-work jackets are a reference to a very old tradition. I don’t think the rest of us are meant to get it. But if you do, I wonder if it makes it seem even sillier. It does to me.

It's representing Heaven and Hell. Very deliberate, nothing silly or trivial about it at all. He designed it himself, I believe.

@ not so. After all, how would that explain the several patchwork jackets?
