It would be interesting if in a world of Alicorns, everyone’s magic was weaker than a typical non-alicorns. If one has larger wings, then they are a better flier but the other two attributes are a bit weaker. Like when Season 1 Twilight explained how her special talent is magic over most unicorns who can do magic, but would have trouble doing the spells she knows. Or something along those lines.

I have to be pedantic on this because Syndrome's plan was bigger than that. 1) Kill all Supers. 2) Enjoy a period of time when he is the only Super with no competition whatsoever. 3) And only once he had his fun, give away his inventions to public access. Probably more like highest bidder but close enough. In abstract terms it was. 1) Have his own personal Power Fantasy. 2) Ensure nobody else gets to have their own personal Power Fantasy by very ironic means.

When everyone is an alicorn, everyone is strong, fast, and can learn lots of magic. This may sound really good, but in the wrong hands (or hooves in this case), it can turn REALLY BAD. Example is at 1:42, where a mare was about to unleash catastrophe, because the sundae she ordered didn't have two wafer sticks. Also, if multiple ponies are able to control the sun and moon like at 0:52, it can disrupt climate. And finally, the non-pony creatures in the universe are possibly subject to the pony's rule since the non-pony creatures don't have powers that rival the alicorns. That is why one of the Starlights put the "everypony is an alicorn" universe in the orange category.

not everyone can control the sun and moon, only luna and celestia can because they're the princesses in control of that. even twilight wasn't able to control the sun and moon until they gave her their powers and if ponies were powerful enough to wreak havoc, than the waiter guy would've been equally powerful to defend himself.

well an old idea about them is they're meant to be rulers. than more of them were made and turns out they are just 2X or maybe more times stronger than all the normal ponies. because all 3 nature magics are into one. everypony believed not only they are royalty but also godly to them. because they have so much magic power. so some fans have made jokes that alicorns are just gods but also got used to what the show have told what alicorns are meant to be in older seasons. but as we seen before. alicorns like I point out are not godly, just naturally more stronger. when Starlight and Twilight were fighting between timelines. Twilight's still new on being an alicorn and Starlight learned even more spells. because she had more time to spear for being alone for so long. proven more that alicorns are no different from normal ponies. they just adapt faster. and that's also a reason why there's a running gag about Starlight being more powerful if alicorn. because she was evenly matched with alicorn Twilight.
