My Observation during LAB Practice: 1. We can also use "dir" instead of "ls" 2. "rm -rp" is not working 3. "rm filename" can also be use to delete empty or non empty both files Thank you for teaching sir...

I tried running "mkdir dir2/dir3/dir4 It gives below error: mkdir: cannot create directory ‘dir2/dir3/dir4’: No such file or directory

@@anuragtripathi6336 use mkdir -p dir2/dir3/dir4 //////// it will then create the files in hierarchy as dir2-->under that dir3-->under that dir4. By using -p you are basically declaring that the first one dir should be parent dir.

Sir your teaching methodology is best. I learnt a lot from your LINUX videos. Sir, for making multiple directories in a single step the command " mkdir dir2/dir3/di4 " is not working. For making multiple hierarchical directories in a single step command is " mkdir -p dir2/dir3/dir4 ". By using " -p " we can create hierarchical directory structure.
