12:35 'yum' is a package manager for redhat based distros, ubuntu is debian based and uses 'apt' in place of 'yum'

Firstly, thank you. I have used all the commands and I was able to perform all the commands for #rm -r I see its confirming with you and removing files first, once files are deleted it will confirm if you would like to remove Directory. Its so cool. I'm not able to figure out #rm -rp and #rmdir -pv but I'll try it. Its very important to practice each linux lecture as I was stuck with #cd.. it was not working and was not able to use [root @ dir2]#mv file2 dir2. because there are very minute things I missed which are "SPACE" in between (cd & ..) and for the #mv I was in dir1 so I need to go back to dir1(dir with in dir case) then perform command these are the things I have learnt in practice. I'm a non technical background guy but feeling very comfortable with linux now, just because the way you imbibe into my mind. Thank you Bhupinder you are fantastic. Regards Navi

Firstly, thank you for making such wonder ll videos and explaining the concept in such a way that a person with non-tech background is also able to grasps the knowledge regarding Linux😊. Secondly, need you help Sir, I tried using cd ~ to go in home directory, but it takes me to a different directory which contains No file. Can you please help me home, I can go directly back to home directory from any subdirectory? Till now this is the only command which is giving me an error.😅 I know it's one of the basic what, not sure why I'm not able to use this one correctly. Will be waiting for your reply.🤗

So, I tried linux cmnds with AWS machines for the first time and I am facing 2 issues : 1. Not able to see the "Browse" option in "Auth" page under "SSH" option in Putty. 2. I am getting error : "No supported authentication methods available(server sent: publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic) " after login using "ec2-user" and hence not able to connect and work further. Kindly help with the solution.. Thanks !!

Hello Sir, I am not able to use aws all time so i install Ubuntu 20.10, But many commands are not working on ubuntu terminal, Like for yum there is apt-get, So how can I resolve this, Now I am unable to run chkconfig command. Like we can not use httpd , we have to use apache2 for ubuntu os. Could you please provide ulternative of all commands which we can use in ubuntu.. Thanks in advance...
