I've just picked this back up from the 90's but those rocker five wheel skates sound like wicked fun.

Thanks for the informational videos! Please, make on aligning skates for pronation. After few months of skating I am still bit pronating on 110s, but feel better on 80's. Is alignment needed, or do I need more practice and muscles; do different boots vary in their alignments? Thanks!
@Thisissoul3 жыл бұрын
We will make a video about that! I am not sure what boot you have, but if you have 110's then you need a very, very supportive boot, so probably your problem lays more there then at the alignment.
@G0rdonFr33man3 жыл бұрын
@@Thisissoul Thanks for the response. The boot is decent - FR1s, the muscles might still be lacking though. Cheers.

its been three years and i dont know if you’re gonna see this, but i need to know.. i’ve always had 72mm wheels on regular rollerblades and i know, personally, that they perform well in street. I’ve also heard that the aggressive skates (with 60mm wheels) are specifically designed for grinds and parks and not for long distance rides. i’m not aiming for grinds that much, i’m more of a street guy, but i still wanna buy aeon 60s cause it looks super cool and everyone’s talking positive things about it. I just wanna know your opinion, cause i’ve never had an aggressive skates myself. Will it be pain to ride the aeon 60s in the street? (I’m still in my teens and i’m full of energy jsyk haha) Also i live very near where the skatepark is, so i’ll probably visit it too.

Can you recommend what wheels I need for inline outdoor skating. I bought a set of hyper formance g+ 80mm 85A pared with bones racing bearings. I dunno they just don't roll that far I feel like I'm stuck in glue. Would you recommend me changing the wheels for something like rollerblades hydro's or is there something else you could suggest?

Undercover Team or Rollerblade Hydrogen wheels are the best

Hi can you help. I got a skate. Its the light up wheels that is 80mm. Its very smooth that its easily making me fall. I only used it weekly for freestyle with my kids outside. What wheels would you recommend for a outside just strolling around to where if im standing in a position it wont force to roll or if im on a flat surface it wont move. Like i was on a flat surface the other day and wasnt moving my feet but it just kept moving me with the skate. I want to enjoy wearing it. Maybe a strudy one to where i can actually used my legs to skate and not have the skate ride me lol

try a softer set of wheels than the ones that you have (less hardness) so if you have an 86a try wheels below that hardness, also check your boot fit, specially around your shins, it should be fairly tight so you get more control on those little movements, hope it helps!

I want 90mm metal core inline wheels... what is you website?

All inline skates use the same size bearings (608)? What about kids' skates (Rollerblade Microblade) with 6mm or 6.2mm axles. Still 608 bearings? Do i need inner sleeves to allow skinnier axles to fit properly?
@Thisissoul10 ай бұрын
still 608 bearings! it just has a bearing spacer www.thisissoul.com/blogs/buyers-guide/everything-about-bearing-spacers

If you only have two wheels on each skate, you could also be doing roller-skiing or "cross skating" ;) And five wheels are still used in downhill speedskating I believe.

Thanks for the informative channel! What about the Powerslide Swell wheels? They are super cheap and so far good to me. But i don't have other wheels to compare em with so i am keen to hear your opinion.
@Thisissoul3 жыл бұрын
they are just a generic basic quality wheel. any standard wheel like that is just fine, but once you had the "good quality" wheel that is mentioned in the video one will not want to go back to the stock quality.

Switching wheels doesn't take much time and if you do it on regular basis you do not have any difference how the skate feels. So there is nothing to get used to.

I can't believe dead wheels are made at the same factory as undercover as I've had two sets of dead wheels crumble on me and I've never had UCs fail like that. Something's got to be different!

@@busyboxst7 I found Lino's recent video about that wheel factory quite enlightening. I don't know why, but I thought same factory, same wheels before.
@busyboxst72 жыл бұрын
It’s the same in all sorts of factories. Some companies work closely w the factories and watch them like a hawk to make sure stuff comes out a certain way. Others don’t as much and quality control issues are more likely.
