Perhaps it's just my recent taste in music, but it really seems like the majority of good bands are coming out of Britian/England/UK again. Most of the bands in the U.S. are more "folk" rock, and while I like most of them the actual musical quality doesn't do much for me. While the British bands are a bit more traditional Rock and Roll with their instrumentals.
