This is my fourth month since I #bigchop #texturedhair #hairtexture big chopped my hair. had kept this routine my hair journey would have been different.
I am on a journey of regrowing my hair without using longterm protective styles, just weekly shampoo, condition and styling. I have done it before successfully , so here I am sharing my journey as I regrow my hair.
MY STORY : I was one on the unfortunate individuals to receive damage from curly cuts and BGC damage. Other names for the method are the #30dayhairdetox, 30 day hair detox, no oils no butter this was a routine formulated by Black girl curls.
so over the past year I have been going though this journey of trying to grow my hair back by slowing cutting the damage off little by little however it has not been successful. This is a consequence of following professional stylist.
I just wanted to share that this whole damage has been documented.

This video is so timely. My son called me the other day and told me his hair was breaking off badly. He had stated using Innersense products (Sweet Spirit, One of the conditioners and Quiet Calm Curl Control). He had been using them daily (one of his daughters suggested it for him). I told him his hair was probably dehydrated and to clarify his hair and to deep condition it. I then asked what he had been using prior to Innersense. He said Pattern leave in and cream and shampoo and conditioners. I told him to go back to using those. This morning he called me and told me after washing his hair last night his hair did something it hadn't been doing and he didn't realize it. His hair shrunk! It had not been shrinking...it was just a wirely mess. I had the same problem with my afro when I was using Innersense. More proof those products just are not good for some of our hair!

I agree don’t go and buy a bunch of product just because it work for someone doesn’t mean it will work for you so it’s best to get to know your hair and take it from there

I agree that is why I don’t buy into getting hair growth vitamins . I try to take vitamins that focuses on keeping my overall body healthy and most of them have a benefit to hair health as well. Thank you for watching and commenting 🩷

In my case vitamins stop my hair from falling out. I'm a thalassemia carrier with low vitamin D and neurodivergent stress.
