I would like to suggest you try some fine Louisiana Creole & Cajun dishes. Personal suggestions, Boudain, Gumbo, Jambalaya, Etouffee, and of course crawfish boiled with taters and corn. There are many different variations of each dish and all can be made very, very spicy. Live long and eat well.😊

626 Night Market is cool but the food is overpriced and overhyped at this point. I went there so many times and some of the vendors are nearby shops and restaurants where you can get food for cheaper than at 626.
