a pretty sizeable portion of our country is made up of indian people! its i think the 3rd largest demographic of locals here, so you can find indian food almost everywhere. The best parts is that the late night supper shops have a great mix of food including indian dishes (might taste different since its localised to the country) but midnight prata hits different
