The cookie that you ate in starbucks called "İzmir Bombası" literally translated as a İzmir bomb and it is filled chocolate cream. It is delicious normally we buy it from bakeries in Turkey because they better you should try from a bakery you will love it much more. I'm happy you came to Turkey. The first food is probably one of the best food in Turkey! I adore our Turkish manti! And the creamy dough you ate at Starbucks is called Izmir Bombasi which is literally Izmir bomb in English. Also the ice cream men always mess with the buyers, it’s a tradition.

The main buyers of Turkish dishes are foreign women. coming from all over the world. They admire our food. I'm not just talking about kebabs. cereal and vegetable dishes. dozens of spices and sweets. fishes. It's like a perfect blend of eastern, western, northern and southern cultures. There are also multiple vegan and vegetarian options in Turkish cuisine. and also halal.. so you can't find pork and fat. People of all religions and cultures can easily eat here. For example, you should see the convoy from India eating dried beans and rice. It is very cute and happy for those living in continental climates to eat fresh seafood.😁🤏

In Afghanistan, we have something REALLY similar to this. It’s normal-sized dumplings that has beef and some other things in it and when it’s finished, we add this yogurt called moss (NOT THE GREEN MOSS) and some sauce. It’s called Mantu

That's a common thing with ice cream vendors, they mess with you and hand you a real ice-cream and then you look and it's just a cone and they do it like 20 different ways. They would make amazing Pick pockets!
