I just ordered your book and cannot wait to receive it. I am very new to knitting and this is just another adventure in my 71 year old life. I feel like a baby starting to walk, but I can read very well lol and so something new to learn. I was soooo exited when you announced your book! I learned how to knitt during the pandemic. I only made scarves and hats. So that was by far a more expensive book for me. I can’t wait to get Kiki’s book. I liked and could see me making all of these projects! It will be worth it in the long run.

Kika- I hope your book is a huge success!! That’s partly selfish because I hope it becomes available worldwide so I can buy it! Shipping to where I live costs quite a bit more than your lovely book, unfortunately. I’ve been crocheting for about a year and a half fairly regularly but knitting seemed too difficult. In the late 80’s I taught myself to knit and in the 90’s I bought a knitting shop that was going to close. I was a terrible business person and to be honest I was over reaching with my knitting skills as well. However, I loved knitting and even tried writing my own patterns. For many reasons the knitting fell to the side. Recently I have been thinking about knitting again but now I live in Arizona and have little use for sweaters. I appreciated your share regarding your failures. I remember oh too well having this nagging feeling that something wasn’t working but ignoring that feeling and continuing way beyond the point I should have stopped. I love all your sweaters. I’m going to check out more of your videos.
