The cardigan with the hearts is absolutely gorgeous! You could always add the option to extend the sleeves in the pattern if you wanted to make it for fall but the short sleeves are adorable too :)))

You've made such beautiful things! I love crochet and knitting so much. For the Jumper where you missed off some of the square, if you still have the yarn, you could sew over the stitches going the same way to fix it - if that makes sense.
