It's actually called Fairy floss yarn.its a bit difficult to use at first but really fun to work with.

Hello - thank you for the video. if I wanted to make this into a top (to my waist), would I just keep going to size? then seam up the sides - leaving space open for sleeves, and then continue for sleeves?
