Lake Placid is a hoot. Putting Betty in there really inhanced it.

Thanks for posting. We just watched Immortal, an anthology starring (among others) the great Tony Todd. I was really pleased. Cheers!

I come for the horror, I stay for Miss Sarah. A lot of good stuff in there. Great video as always!

Loved this video! I’ve been really getting into letterboxed and people’s recommendations as ive got a huge list of horrors I’ve watched and always think there’s nothing left! Infested was fantastic and I love French horror as a whole! Spanish horror is also always fabulous! Also loved the Girl Interrupted shoutout, a tough watch but like you I loved this movie as a teen and now I must revisit it!

I'm addicted to Letterboxd and find far too many recommendations lol. Yeah, Girl Interrupted is amazing but tougher than I remembered.

I, Tonya was so incredible, for me that’s easily Margot Robbie’s best performance to date ! Great catch up video

Thanks love. I think I agree with you about it being Margot's best performance. Just amazing.

If you liked the Hammer Films Dracula, keep going! Brides of Dracula is awesome, Christopher Lee is the best Dracula, and in my opinion, Peter Cushing kicks ass as Van Helsing.

I LOVED the scene in Jaws where the Chief is on the beach and watching the frolicing and all. INDEED do a deepdive on that one. You wanna see a "Horror Musical" watch "Rocky Horror Picture Show."

I've definitely seen Rocky Horror, on screen and on stage

Lake Placid is one of the best hardcore satire's maybe ever made. The deadpan Bridget Fonda does is absotively posilutely perfect. Love this movie. Too bad its reputation got marred by terrible, i mean terrible sequels.

I'm glad you enjoyed the Korean movies. I've been here in Korea for ten years and would highly recommend you watch Memories of Murder (2003) and The Wailing (2016)

@@whatthehorror BTW, have you seen Speak No Evil (2022)? I couldn't find it anywhere in your videos. It's a disturbing thriller.

If you're just getting into korean cinema i'd recommend Poetry (2010). It's not horror but it's a beautiful film.

Van Helsing (2004) is a bad film. Love Jackman and Beckinsale, though. The Strangers franchise has always been pretty unwatchable, IMO. I agree with most of your opinions (I love Fury Road, Busan, and Little Shop); except LN in Soho, which I enjoyed up until near the end--when Wright portrayed every single 1960s man in the film as a horrible rapist. I mean, all of them are *that* evil? And that dream sequence with the ghostly men was just out of place. One 🌟 for me. Love your content, Sarah! ❤

have you watched " Ask me anything" 2014 with Britt Robertson? it gets a bad wrap, I think mainly because of the ending but I think the way it concluded made the film worth watching whereas it would've been an otherwise mediocre movie
