This video nearly made me cry. While listening to it I came to realize that my negative thinking led me to believe I was not a good person, and that bad things were happening because of that. But I am a good person, always kind and thoughtful to others, meaning well with no bad intentions. I set standards too high for myself then am critical of myself that I don’t meet them. I have been too hard on myself, but God has always provided for me. He is the one who deserves all the praise for what I have accomplished. I feel as though I can never rest, nor get ahead. I’ve become weary, which is why I am seeking these videos, to somehow lift me out of my depression. I need to be grateful and thank God every day for what I do have in my life, and not focus on what I don’t have. Everything really is always working out for me. This in a sense brings me peace. I am alive, I have a good home, I have my daughter and son and wife here with. Our lives are not perfect and my daughter has health issues but they are able to be somewhat managed. My son has some health issues too but he still has done well in school, and has an intern job starting soon. I feel overwhelmed at work many times with my business. I fear not having any back up. Don’t make enough to hire anyone yet, but in the end it is working out for me. My anxiety got the best of me over the past few weeks, but I believe this video will help me clear my mind and spirit.

Something though you should be on this earth and you started as small cells. People turn to God, Allah, Buddha which all speak on peace love and happiness and that you will be protected if you have belief in and faith that everything will be alright with you. Believing in yourself is rarely realistic it works in the short term… but in comparison people of faith find more ease and peace. So try not to judge those that do 😊

I’ve been listening to these kind of videos as I go to sleep and sometimes it’s kind of hard because I usually need silence to go to sleep but I KID YOU NOT I KID YOU NOT as I was listening to this I herd my right ear ringing and I herd someone that’s that’s ur spirit guided getting in contact with you so I literally said out loud tell me something. And a little while later I was kinda getting more relaxed and I herd in my right ear a man’s voice say “ how are you feeling” and I responded with the most relaxed voice saying “ good” and I grinned.
