@@blanca536 more smiles and positivity. i'm feeling better in general. i have a chronic pain condition that has gotten better since i started also. i plan to continue this and meditation everyday. i have also been trying to focus on other things that make me happy or are positive in nature. today i went through several of gandhi's quotes. i've spent time watching videos on people doing good for others. i now know the more i work on positivity in my life the better it will be. i also try to stay away from any negative conversation or the news etc. someone told me recently to not say anything if i didn't have anything good to say. it wasn't for the other person's sake but for mine. i've realized i don't have to accept another person's negativity by just mentally rejecting it and moving on. it's all helped so much. i hope this helps you. it's helped me quite a bit.

It does not me I am a bad person. God loves us all. He gave us free will. He forgives. So i do not think he will judge us on listening to youtube music, especially if it is peaceful music like meditation music.

I do it every single day and it has helped me to be emotionally stronger. I find unexpected success in many ways. I published my book (Scorby) and it's selling well, my salary at job is also increasing. I hear it even after getting what I want. I will do it for the rest of my life. I’m 27 I’ve been using these affirmations for about over a year and I will say that I’m still in the same place . I live with family , I don’t have a car a house nor am I rich in Money yet....But my mental and emotional state and immune system have been incredibly strong . And without working on these qualities first I cannot achieve anything in life....I’ve learned patience some things come quickly for some and they aren’t ready for them, when you are ready the universe will bless you and I’m looking forward to my blessing now. 🙏🏽

I went on a job interview today, for a summer job to help me get a new car and help my family! They said it’s not a fit for me, because they’re looking for full time employees.
