You should do some metal detecting where the old structures were. That's interesting about armadillos. Didn't know they were that far North. Was hoping a bear was going to run across the road on your way out.

I would love to metal detect around here but it's a state park/national Forrest and it's illegal. I understand why because we have a rich Civil War history here with hundreds of Civil War cemeteries and unmarked graves people would be digging them up they have caught a few trying already
