Now if in case I'm wrong about the manager part it still falls on Candace because she's what you call a hands-on owner meaning she's directly involved in tasks and decision-making rather than solely overseeing high-level strategy essentially they roll up their sleeves lol. As a hands on owner I can't really relate to what she's going through because I own 2 fitness gyms in 2 different cities. I'm the majority owner of both. I have 2 investors and for both of my locations put together I have a total of 32 employees as of now And one supervisor at each location so I don't have to be hands-on like Candace. But yes if things do not go right then she's the one to blame because she's a hands-on owner
