I always wanted to try beef bacon myself but it's never in stores just sitting on the shelf next to the pork and turkey bacon. What I REALLY want to try is lamb bacon-- but I think that's even harder to find than the beef bacon. I'm not sure, but I think you might be able to find both beef and lamb bacon at a halal or kosher butchers.

One of my favorite things to talk about is food. There are far too few of us, and sometimes we bore people to tears. The best way to be a healthy person is to really enjoy all aspects of food and eating. If this is just isn’t your thing you’ll find it very difficult to be a healthy eater. Kelis is amazing because she’s a sensual woman who isn’t afraid to delve into refined pleasures like this. When we forget how to eat we stop living fully.
