My favourite savoury ingredients would be garlic, cilantro, spring onions. And sweet ingredient would be jaggery! It has so much more personality than regular sugar. I literally eat it as a snack! (Not healthy I know. I'm still learning how to control myself despite having massive jars of jaggery around. Pakistani household isn't the best place for diet you know)

@@samtomczik954 Allah means God! 🥸 I‘m Christian Minority from Iran and we say Allah too! Because our minority Language (Assyrian) is a Semitic languages like arabic or hebrew! Persians/Iranians even have a persian word for God - Khoda. And we Christians in Iran say God, Allah, Khoda like muslims all over the world. 🙌🏼🙏 It‘s one God for all of us! And I hope our God will bless you and that Sweet Woman and her family! 🙌🏼

PSA. when she says "we always have lots of pickles..mango, lime," she means mango, lime, etc. pickled IN spices. It's a common condiment with Indian food. When i saw the dill pickle, I lost it lol.
