@@kellyv6075 Actually, eating everything in moderation is what helped me lose weight. Trying to eat healthy and whole foods all the time was hard to maintain, despite having a cheat meal a week. I would often crave "bad" food and wait for Sunday to finally come. Ever since I decided to eat healthy but also allow myself a few bites of what I like every now and then, my cravings stopped. I didn't even need a cheat meal, I am just happy with what I eat everyday. Luckily I also love healthy meals, so eating healthy wasn't the issue per se, it was trying to eliminate junk food and pastries. I lost 3-4 kg a month, and I am healthy so I donate my blood too.
