@@robynk470 they stated in the video it was against company policy for them to accept tips , but who knows they may have done it on the sly off camera. I've worked for companies that had that policy and customers would do it on the sly to me sometimes.

Yes! They’d definitely have to put their order in way ahead of time. When I used to work in the family restaurant industry, we were always stressed out when a huge party came in unannounced or called asking for 10+ different items during dinner service. We preferred that they call in the morning so we could prep.

Loved this video. I was a manager for Whataburger for 12 years. Making big orders like that were always a fun challenge. I'm glad you enjoyed the food and very proud of the staff for being able to get your order out. Also Whataguy has a sidekick named Attaboy😂

Shelly handy tip for you when you doing these food videos make sure you take a empty storage box in your car boot then you can load it with drinks the side of the box will keep the drinks from moving and tipping also if there is a spillages then it's contained to the box which you can take out tip out and wipe a lot easier than cleaning the car and saves the spillage going everywhere

My husband loves Whataburger! We live in Georgia, the closest one to us is in Alabama, which is about a 30 minute drive! I like their onion rings. They are so good for being fast food! Yum!

If I am correct Target and Walmart have the Whataburger sauce. Also love the bags and the plastic containers they used for the wings and salad, they are reusable. I always save and reuse those when I get them

Shakes with the soda is actually made with the soda lol. Only reason I know is because our local a&w makes them. They’re my son’s favorite thing too from a&w. You guys should do little Caesar’s or Pizza Hut and buy everything from their menu but share it with crazy pieces since it’ll be a lot lol and maybe some of the kids friends too lol.

I live in Texas where we have a ton a Whataburger restaurants. I always get a #1 all the way, no mustard, add ketchup/mayo, with grilled onions, and instead of soda I get a vanilla shake. I have the app so I can just order and wait in the pick up order spot. I love their french fries and onion rings but I'm in the process of getting teeth pulled to get dentures so I can't have the onion rings right now and can only eat the soft french fries.

This may sound silly but I worked at a place that didn’t allow us to accept tips but they couldn’t stop us from getting cards, you can get a bunch of cards at the dollar tree or a package of Christmas cards and put tips in them. Just hand them to the employees and say happy birthday 😂

Whataburger and Texas is like bacon and eggs, Peanut butter and jelly, etc lol Whataburger is VERY VERY popular in Texas. In fact, it’s the #1 burger fast food chain establishment in Texas! Their ketchup, idk know they put in it different, but the flavor is so good, and not sweet! The Spicy ketchup, has the same great flavor, but has a little kick at the back of your throat, is not real hot. Try having the spicy ketchup on a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a Dr Pepper shake! Yummoo!!

My husband and I went to Arizona a week and a half ago for a few days visiting family and we tried Whataburger and Culver's and kneaders for the first time. Kneaders was delicious. Culver's was very good. Whataburger was okay we went through the drive though and I think it took a half hour to get through it and there were only like 3 or 4 cars in front of us. Not worth the wait for me.
