It's kinda criss-crossy with your fingers. Pointer finer goes on the second from the top string, middle finger on the top string, and ring finger goes on the third from top. Fingering it like this makes it easier to switch to other chords, like G for example :D make sure you're not accidentally muting the bottom string

Why do you play B7 like: | | | | | | • | | • | | • | | | when everytime I see it in other places it's like: | | | | • | • • | • | | Is the one I find another chord? or is it because your ukulele Is different? if someone knows I'd appreciate it

They're just different ways to play the same chord! They sound slightly different because 2 of the notes have their octaves switched. You can play whichever you prefer =D
