@@sajahf If he'd just died out there they would have found him by now. Ground teams, choppers and drones, and dogs would have found a body. He's not there. Not surprised the GC called the search off, how long were they expected to keep it up, having covered the ground thoroughly. They were a bit hasty letting those two individuals go so early. They know exactly what happened, because they were involved. .

People that were following Ayub's socials linked his uploaded photos to put him in the area and that apartment on that night, as soon as the public found out he started getting hounded on social media, he then did an interview with the private investigator in an attempt to clear his name. The other man has not been sourced by the public, probably due to him not uploading any photos.

I suppose if you have a son who is missing and might be in trouble, it’s still your son and you will want him home. If he is found, I hope he can turn his life around and learn lessons from whatever mistakes he has made. I haven’t said this before, but he is someone’s flesh and blood regardless of his behaviour.

All that story about Jay leaving on his own back to his hotel via 11-hour long path makes no logic! If you look on google maps, there is regular road around the house he left! It looks civilised, with trafic, with bus stopes, with houses and parking lots etc. ... I do not believe that Jay would deliberately take more dangerous unknown natural path in strange country to his hotel! I think he was lured to that house and never left on his own!

The Airbnb was only booked an hour before arriving. Yes why do they say spent the night….. he was there 3 hours tops 🤔. Police paid off to let 2 blokes to leave the island. Anyone with a brain cell would send forensic team in the Airbnb straight away. Not 2 weeks later when all evidence has been contaminated and probably cleaned up.

What proof is there that it’s Jay standing on the steps - it’s a photo of a hand, a lighter, some trainers (some say 3) and a piece of cloth that hangs strangely. We only have the word of whoever received the photo (Lucy?/Brad?) that it was sent from Jay’s phone - I don’t think their phones were examined - and even if the photo was sent from Jay’s phone, there’s no proof that Jay was holding the phone or anywhere near it. It would be interesting to know whether Jay usually took/sent to his mates ‘arty-farty’ photos of his feet/trainers or whether he usually did what everyone else does and took selfies with his face showing.

It’s a shame because that life is too easy to slip into nowadays, where else should he turn?? From school he’s been taught he’s a glorified evolved ape. Unless we start bringing Jesus Christ back into education in the UK, there will be constant streams of young people growing up and turning to crime, the girls like the “bad boys” and the boys are told this is their only life. This is the logical response to being told nothing matters, going out with no sacred belief on life and chasing after as much pleasure as you can. No atheist has a right to say a word against this man, because it is partly the responsibility of every citizen of the UK to teach the importance of life and that there is a God and he loves them. The cross of the one and only Saviour of the entire world is what made this country great, the believers of Jesus built the good foundation of care and love for their fellow humans that this atheist society is destroying.

i just hope that they find Jay , i just hope that at best he has been held against his will at least he would be alive and there's hope that he will be freed or found alive. all the terrible things that people are saying about jay and the family , just think about someone you really love and you are very close to , they go missing in another country on holiday , put yourselves in them shoes for a long minute , if you dont have children you will never know that bond and love , you will never know the pain of not knowing where your child has gone , its the worse feeling that you will ever have in your life time , spare a thought for jays family and friends and what they are going through , no one deserves to be in this situations regardless of any ones past , he's a young man and he doesn't deserve to pass away , he doesn't deserve to be missing , he needs to be back with his family ,hopefully this can happen sooner then later

It is extremely bizarre that from the outset of the investigation the two British nationals should have been deemed "irrelevant". Everyone seemed convinced that the two men, in Tenerife at least, one of whom was a known notorious heroin dealer drug dealer back in the UK, had absolutely nothing to do with Jay's disappearance. They were always relevant. They were the last people to have seen him. Jay had stayed with them. Very very strange.

Both the police in Tenerife, the Guardia civil, and the police in England, is is it the Yorkshire police or Lancashire, they both believed and said they were satisfied that both men had "absolutely no relevance" in the disappearance of Jay Slater. That is how it was reported in all mainstream media. Even if you hear it for the first time common sense will have one scratching one's head asking what is it in the word "relevance" that they don't understand? The two men have as you say "no bearing" on the case is another way of putting it.

To me it smells a lot more like a lad high on drugs who has made a disastrous decision. I think a give away is he was finding his plight funny at one point. I heard a guy died in similar terrain in Spain and it took two years to find him. All very sad, I feel for the family.

I firmly believe 2 19 year old boys (and that's what they are) should never go abroad without at least 1 sensible adult. They aren't mature enough and could easily be led astray. If he has passed away I hope he is found for the sake of his family who at the moment must be going out of their minds with worry. Dad is right though.. something stinks about this!

If that father is "struggling" it's NOT to understand what's happend to his son, more like he's "struggling to find an excuse to get off his backside & do somthing" but then WHY would he bother? Is it because the Go Fund Me page has closed & there's no more money flooding in"? It AMAZE'S me how both father & mother took time to carefully pack their holiday wardrobe's BEFORE "rushing" to the Island, most frightend parent's would have shoved a few of their everyday clothes into a bag & got straight to the airport.... This is about a 19 yr old violent criminal who happily boast's of stealing a £12,000 watch from an unamed person & who is friend's with people deeply involved in drug smuggling, staging an elaborate scam to get him off the Island or hidden SAFELY somewhere on it before his self confessed theft is reported to the police. We only have his friend's word that his phone's battery was low, but i find it hard to believe that given what a "close family" they are supposed to be that he didn't or subsequently hasn't spoken to any of them. Are the family hoping that now they can ask others to begin a search, that someone on their behalf will start another Go Fund Me, which will allow them more time out there in sun? 🤔🤔🤔🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I think there is a non-zero probability that he is hiding somewhere and hoping it all blows over. Failing that, he is probably dead. His father raging will change nothing, except possibly to make the local police less likely to engage with him. Which, frankly, is stupid.

Alien abduction ! I've watched plenty of programs and this thing happens more than you think ! There's a good 80s documentary called 'flight of the navigator', where a boy is abducted by an Allen. I have a few questions. 1-If he had a long trek south to his hotel then why was the ping north of the Airbnb? 2-Articles said he talked to Lucy about a half hour after he left the Airbnb and said he cut his leg on the cactus and had 1% battery left. How did Qassim know those things when Jay was gone for 30 minutes before calling Lucy? 3-Qassim said Jay got a charger from his friends room but yet his phone was dead? Charger not work or was it a setup sending Jay to his friends room?

was the hired car finger printed and any sighns of blood , also the mileage. and why wasn't the air bb. checked straight away . can the police get a warrant on Jay's phone calls ,and his the two men he went off with. and his friends. to help with Time of where he relly was. its heart wrenching for his family, I hope the British police check every corner and any missing clues .prayers for Jay and his family, I think his poor dad was upset when asked about the British police and let down by the ,investigation and the timing of everything. like the BB being cleaned ,and the hired car not being impounded for evedinc. thers so meany things that have been missed. and why wasn't the two men kept back for a proper investigation .
