The exploration of these hypothetical scenarios is both fascinating and thought-provoking. It's incredible to consider the potential consequences of celestial collisions and the immense forces at play in our solar system. These scenarios highlight the complexities of space exploration and the need for continued research to understand and potentially mitigate such events.

And for those wondering: No, Uranus wouldn't be able to get to Earth. Firstly, it is locked in an orbit around the sun. Secondly, it would have to pass by Jupiter and Saturn. Based on the experience of the Fifth Gas Giant, we can say farewell to Uranus.

Jupiter is not a failed star because. Jupiter needs to br as big as the sun to be a star,for example Jupiter needs to be 2x Times bigger to be a star and. saturn would likely win cus it has rings and the rings would slice it and it would make another jupiter it likely would be called 2nd half jupiter and would be far away from jupiter and it would be a half part of a gas planet aka jupiter and it would drift away most likely we last will see it close to neptune and it.Will drift away to another system with a star so it would be in tau cetu system My opinion btw :)

How did the comet collide with Jupiter...? Is Jupiter not a gas planet? Technically the comet goes into Jupiter and get absorb by the atmosphere and melt away.. I would be thrilled to know where do you get your information and how accurate it is 🤔
@Cygnustheriver7 ай бұрын
not very accurate. Jupiter would need 80 times its mass to become a star. Adding 1/3 of its mass(saturn) would barely move the needle.
