Fun fact: Lesley Stahl was a CBS newbie correspondent in 1972. She lived in D.C. AT the Watergate. Because her colleagues were on the road, she got the Watergate story, including covering the trials. She and her cameraman were able to catch the only footage of the 5 burglars at a bail reduction hearings because she recognized them when other networks’ reporters didn’t since she’d been assigned to the early hearings. The rest was history for both CBS and Lesley Stahl’s very impressive career.

You made a mistake when you said, ”One last meal at taxpayer’s expense.” Presidents and their families are billed for the food and other expenses they occur at the Whitehouse. Nancy Reagan famously complained about the prices they were charged.
