to tell you i cried again! rarely a serialized story gets this good, i mean it all started so high up there and you wondered HOW THE FFFFF they are going to make this better, and they did, manga normally is diveded in arcs and its hard to 1) push the story forward 2) introduce new goals and threats and 3) in doing 1 and 2 raising the stakes higher and higher but OH MY GOD they did it and did it right with this one plus good characters with their own arcs and evolution playing with the ambiguity of good and evil?! Fullmetal alchemist is the only one apart from this that i can say do it right... i finished the promised neverland in early febreary and was waiting for your thoughts cause you were the one who introduced me to this series that i end up loving with my whole heart... love you katie and thank you so much for the recommendation ❤

Kaite, it's so great hearing you stand up for yourself! Keep reading what you want. Reading manga as an adult is nothing to be ashmed of and people are just mean when they shit on manga/comics. I think those people also have a weird superiority complex when it comes to manga/comics. I'm 29 and I read manga. (I'm reading Beserk right now). I've been reading manga on and off since I was 12 years old 😂. I definitely don't read it has much as I used to but manga is a comfort media for me and also helps me with reading burnout. Great video!

This was so much fun, to go through the Promised Neverland experience with you volume to volume. It holds nostalgic significance for me because it was the first series I've ever read and collected. It sent me down the path of reading/collecting manga, something that I never experienced growing up, unlike most other collectors I know... Which leads me into my next point....which is to say, good on you for hand waving away your detractors who think pretentiously sh*tting on people over their enjoyment of manga somehow does anything other than make themselves out to be a$$holes. Like I previously mentioned, I just started getting into this medium of entertainment only a few years prior and I'm an adult in my late thirties. There's plenty of us older folk who enjoy it and that's due to us not restricting our mindset to exclude something just for appearances sake...and we're happier for it in the long run😁. But anyways, I just felt the need to mention that. And if you're interested in getting into other completed series so that you can record another similar vlog such as this one, I figured that maybe I could recommend some series you may find interesting and which I thoroughly enjoyed... 1)Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind (Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Sci-Fi) 2)Claymore (Action , Adventure, Fantasy, Horror) 3) The Girl From The Other Side (Drama, Supernatural) Hopefully, whether or not you're interested in these recommendations, I do hope you decide to do this style of vlogging an entire series again, because watching someone's fresh experience as they go through each volume is like reliving the experience again for your viewers who've read and enjoyed it before.

You seem to be the only youtuber out there who actually really loves the ending like i do - thank you for this video! i cried at SPOILER isabellas death, it was perfect in my opinion, the perfect sacrifice and ray crying got me for me the final Saga and arcs were the best, not goldy Pond, which is also great, but to me the endgame was the best, even if everybody sees it differently, it had so much suspense and emotions! i also recommend the short stories manga by the authors
