‼EDIT: About dissenting followers you killed on crusades - I used the wrong term on the video, but if you have the resurrection ritual, then you can still resu them once you've killed them 3 times in crusades! LORE TABLETS (Ty for the reminder, Numii5868): "There's also the lore tablets. You can get them by sacrificing a heart. You can access it during your crusades by hitting a special pillar three times." - numii ----- Complete Traits List: Disciple Trait - Can re-educate Dissenters and use special Shrines. Jerk Trait - Jeers at the lamb. Chance to steal Lamb’s gold. Will tell the Lamb they suck after a failed crusade. Hot Tempered Trait - May start a fight with other followers. Royal Pooper Trait - Only poops golden poops. Say that 5 times fast. Scared Trait - Runs away from the player. Can be bullied/reassured. Terrified Trait - Sits in the corner of base and cries. :( Lustful Trait - Increases odds of mating in the mating tent. Celibate Trait - Decreases odds of mating in the mating tent. Fashionable Trait - Generates Devotion 20% faster when wearing a unique outfit. Hedonist Trait - Decreases productivity by 10% but increases Sin generation by 15%. Ascetic Trait - Decreases Sin generation by 10% but increases productivity by 15%. Virtuous Trait - Produces Sin 20% slower. Unrepentant - Produces Sin 15% faster. Doctrinal Extremist Cult Trait - Choose to generate Sin from the Confession Booth instead of Loyalty. Violent Extremist Cult Trait - Chance of Sin appearing as a reward from mini-bosses. Fertility Cult Trait - Followers hatched in the Cult will be born with some Sin Allegiance Cult Trait - Followers hatched in the Cult will be born with a high Loyalty level. Dissented Followers have a chance to show up inside the dungeon and fight the player.

Extra note about Sozo! If you reject their request about getting the followers, he will immediately start dissenting! If you put Sozo in jail and re-educate him, the mushroom on his head will pop off and become normal, revealing that he was controlled by the fungus.

@@busitalique1767 while crusading, destroy everything cuz it's hidden very well, and you'll eventually find a pillar with the red crown on top of it. I think, you'll only see them after you defeat the one who waits. Goodluck fellow cultist✨

Additionally there are Lost Letters, which look bloody and you need to go to question marks during crusades to hopefully find a graveyard and do some gravedigging.

if i may say something. something about cult of the lamb. My nephew bought me this game, the physical copy that is. the first hour i played the game, not thinking too much, or too deep about it. It was difficult, so i tried again. And again, etc. but after i defeated the first boss. I was hooked. playing as much as i could. it was addicting. too addicting, to the point where i had too uninstall the game. it took up too much time of my day. i dont know what it is about cult of the lamb but it definitely has somthing about it i just cant put my mouth on

How does this update help with replay ability? I’m playing Penitence mode using none of the Temple upgrades at all, villagers are pretty much worthless to me. You can kill them off with food poisoning to feed the Lamb with Minced Follower Meat. Who else has done this challenge?

I don't think it helps much with replayability, as the new stuff are unlocked after 3 bishops 🙀 it wouldnt be too exciting to start a new save like that but still a bit tempting! That challenge sounds interesting btw 👀

It's possible to beat the 4 Bishops without any upgrades at all but it can be very frustrating at times trying to dodge almost every attack thrown at you. I completed the main game on Medium difficulty however I needed to use Demons to make the run easier, I suggest doing this challenge on Easy mode.@@MeerkatPlaysIndie

I’m slightly jaded about having super high level followers now, so many gifts and confessions wasted getting them to level 20-50 when I could have been levelling up the rest of the cult. Plus demons get a massive nerf if levels are capped. Oh well, the rest of the update sounds super interesting.

the followers above lvl 10 still show their buffs as what lvl they are when turned into demons (E.g, if they are lvl 15, then it shows +15 buff) but they can no longer lvl further 😥 I am also not sure why this is implemented 😭

You can buy the recipe from Berith in crusades, and sometimes doing activities like crafting booze and such drops a rare crafting recipe! 💖

Idea to absolutely grind sin (Need Violent Extremist Doctarine) Play in dark wood,have the cult paused option available and just go until you die (as in always go through green doors)

Hi 💖 Yup all followers below 10 are capped on lvl 10 now, but those that were lvl 10+ before the update still shows their lvl & their buff when turned into a demon are still 10+! 👀 Not sure if its a bug but it sure is favorable for now ahahaha

At that time when you can mate the followers in the tent, there is a way to choose two attributes for the child to acquire, however I don't know what I did but I managed to create a follower with 4 attributes in this system, I don't know how I did it, does anyone know how to be able to choose 4 attributes instead of just two? Because now I'm not able to do that anymore.
