No S @no_one01-5 The original draft is terrible by any measure imaginable, you know why? Because the publisher asked him for one, so he made up one for him. It is FAKE. And I and all would rather have the incomplete great story rather that the crappy and complete one. And you contradict yourself when you say both "he has written him self into a corner" and "procrastination". The first one is true, he reached a dead end with WoW's last quarter and cannot seem to be able to put a satisfactory ending to it... and of course I think he should work harder, or smarter.. maybe ask his aides and some authors he is close with for suggestions, have brainstorming sessions with many of them. But the thing I would never want is a poorly written ending just to get it ended.

I don't know if there's actually a rule that says you can't use magic outside of school, but in the presence of muggles yes. Which, for students is usually outside of school. However when you're on your way to school and you're in diagon Alley, or even hogsmead for instance. I'm sure you are allowed to use magic considering you're in a magical community at that point.

This protection only comes in action, as the opponent got the intention to kill Harry. So it didn't protect Harry from bein beaten up by Dudley in school and it didn't activates, while prof Quirrel just shaked hands with Harry in the leaky cauldron, but protects him from bein strangled by Quirrel by burnin his hands. It's powerful magic not even Dumbledore understands compleately and Tom underestimated the concept of love his whole life as he never ever had someone, who truely loved him, like Lilly felt for her baby.

The entire house is based on the name of the person who was originally creator and head of the house. And her symbol was a raven, Ravens also have claws so yea.....
