"Wassup minecrafters, Koala here! In this video I'll be going over the release date for Hive's bedwars! Without any further ado, bedwars will be releasing on the 29th of March! That's just in 2 weeks. The Hive's saying in their most recent blog post that bedwars is a modern take of one of their oldest games, and they will bring epic new maps, items, ui and features. The Hive staff team have also confirmed that there will be between 7 and 9 new maps to play, along with revamped classic maps as seen in this screenshot here *shows screenshot* of the cityscape map. For those of you who are still grinding treasure wars, double xp has been enabled and will remain active until the release of bedwars. Also, all treasure wars players will receive a special hub title (???) treasure wars level. And these hub titles, along with the special hat rewards will be given out sometime after bedwars is released. The Hive have also confirmed that they've decided to keep available as a custom server game indefinitely. This means that we can still play treasure wars with or run a whole tournament, which is great for the community! Now, let's go over everything we know about bedwars from the screenshots the Hive have shared. In this screenshot *shows screenshot* we will see that there will be challenges where we can collect unique rewards each season. If you look closer to the right of the screenshot, you will see a sign you will see a sign for the prestige master. This means that prestige will still be in bedwars, and maybe they will add infinite levels! We'll just have to find out in 2 weeks! In this development screenshot *shows screenshot* of the new shop ui, we can see that there are a lot of new items. Such as obsidian and even a diamond pickaxe! The Hive have confirmed that you will be able to choose between 3 item shop user interfaces. The first one being this one in the screenshot. The second one being the original treasure wars one and the third and final one being similar to the shop menu in capture the flag! Last but not least, in this screenshot *shows screenshot* we can see a new treasure, or should I say bed. We can also see that the shopkeeper has a new skin. So this is maybe ending at a new unlockable cosmetic. And finally, we can see the brand new generator, which looks really cool, and instead of being gold thats collected, at the spawn island, it will instead be replaced with iron.
