They haven’t released his card yet, but based on past sets he should get a SIR or IR !

It should be some time next monthish but we will slowly be getting a couple of new cards a week

What is the stamp thing?

@@Zwedinho In the Pokémon Center ETB (Elite Trainer Box) the promo card comes stamped with a “Pokemon center” logo, which usually cost more than the regular promo card in a normal etb
