1:41 this is not true... yeah, there where no female witchers, but because they haven't tried... if you read the books carefully, you notice, that it's never mentiend, that it is impossible, it's always that they only took young boys... 1:49 exactly 5:52 or maybe the monsters get stronger too... 6:50 escaping desteny... people want controll over her and if she would have children over them... so becoming a witcher is the best thing she can do to escape desteny...

I've read the books like in 2016 after I've played the Witcher 3. So maybe I am wrong but I always thought that they've tried to mutate girls too. And about the fact that everyone wanted to control her, it is true but at the end of the Witcher 3 with the wild hunt gone it is kinda safe for her. Because vilgefortz is dead and emhyr gave up on the idea of having a child with her back in the books. and in the Witcher 3 emhyr wanted to make her the empress of nilfguard because he was losing his political power because of the war. And with the war settled emhyr doesn't really have a reason to chase her so ciri is kinda safe now. More than ever.
