How clever are you then ? Absolutely brilliant and 2nd one is even better than the 1st. I can’t wait to see the other episodes. I’m hooked, you’ve made them interesting, easy to understand and included some humour as well. And I love the outtakes at the end. Well done and congratulations. Looking forward to next one

Great stuff Damon, one of my favourite aspects of astronomy, the fact that every time you look up at the night sky, you're literally looking into the past. It blows my mind yet kills me how many people are oblivious/ignorant to this WONDER! Their loss 🤷🏻♀️

Travel of light = 3000000 km / s Rotate around globe : 7.5 times / second You told earth is 12000 km in last video It means 90000 km speed of light
@DamonScotting4 жыл бұрын
You need the circumference of the Earth, not it's diameter. Light would not be going straight through the earth, it would going around it. Diameter = 12,756 Km Circumference = 2 x Pi x radius (12,756 Km /2) = 40,075 Km So 300,000 Km/s divided by 40,075 Km is 7.5 times per second! Hope this helps! 😊👍
