I remember somebody saying theo was 19.... And lady bug is 13 in this episode. I don't think he knows how old she is, but I find it odd that hawk moth knows they are teens, ladybug and chat noir know they are teens, yet in Pharaoh eps , nobody knew their ages. But this dude never met this girl before, and falls in love Immediately.... That's so odd. Plagg had to be the best part of this episode though

The reason that I hated this episode is that they changed cat noir's personality If you will study or read his personality, you will realise that The whole thing cat noir did "me and ladybug are like this" is so out of his character He is not jealous, and he CLEARLY never does anything on purpose that could hurt someone's feelings He is even so nice to Chloe and Lila and that's a proof of it

Yeah. True. However I'll let it pass considering Theo was crushing on a minor. Which is disgusting. What Cat did to get Theo angry may have not been smart. But it was definitely a good move to keep Theo the creep away.

I hadn't either until I rewatched it for this video 😂 They're both insane. 😅 Guess that's why they're friends. Yes, Thomas Astruc did say he's 16-18 years old, but I believe that was a retcon, and I'll explain why: I can't imagine a minor receiving a contract to create a statue for ANY city park (nevermind the fact that this is not a small city, this is frickin' PARIS, and would have plenty of adult sculptors with more experience,) so he's gotta be at least 18, and as Mari is 13 at the start of the show, I believe Thomas Astruc retconned his age because the fans pointed out how weird it was. That, and he doesn't look like like the rest of the teenagers in the show, definitely appearing more like an adult. So essentially, when this episode came out, Theo was meant to be an adult, and that is . . . well, you get it. 😅 I mean, even if I'm generous and he is 16 years old, his minimim age according to Astruc, and Marinette is 13 . . . that's still wrong, idc if they're both minors. For context, he would be 18 while she's still 15. That's illegal where I'm from, although I don't know about France's laws on the matter. Sorry for the long reply, I'm a bit of a nerd if you can't tell. I thought about this a lot before including the sin so I'm glad I get the chance to write it out. 😂

I feel like it is probably a retcon. At least in seasons 1 and 2 he is always seen working, even during school hours. In America, this would mean that he is no longer legally required to be in school, so he would have to be 18. I know France has a different system and you can stop attending school at 16, but I feel like they would be aware of the way this would be understood by other countries who don't have this system(like America and some parts of Canada) and address it if they intended for him to be as young as 16-18

We could say that he didn't know that LB was a minor (as far as he or anyone could've known back then she was immortal or something idk if Pharaoh came out before this ep). Then later he was seen with Mireille (black hair girl from Stormy Weather) in Pixelator. She's prob a minor too. EDIT: Pharaoh came out later.

So… the fact that he likes ladybug isn’t like he didn’t know that he’s a teenager. He obviously knew it was a teenager. Hawkmoth literally said they’re a teenager so obviously any normal person well normal and their standards could see that that is a teenager. SO THATS MEANS A 30 OLD MAN HAD A CRUSH ON A TEEGNAGER. Yeah, that makes total sense

I just released when ladybug says how many pads do you have when it zooms out of Cat Noir’s it shows ALL 5 PADS! HE CLEARLY HAD 1 MINUTE LEFT! Also add this sin, time moves faster when they have all 5 minutes after they used their power. But when they have 1 minute left, time is so slow! Like it can last for like 5 minutes!

his father sent him to London and he is afraid of abandonment so when she gave miraculous’s to her friends because she was afraid of chat blanc he started to get depressed so I don’t blame him for not being a huge help to ladybug(not to mention he tried to help but kept getting shut down by ladybug)but also in some episodes he was supporting ladybug and was a big help with fighting supervillains but in the last episode he had cameras all over his room by his father so he gave his miraculous to plagg since he knew if he got akumatised he would give his miraculous to hawkmoth so yeah I don’t blame him for not being useful ( sorry for my English it’s that I haven’t slept for a whole day)

I think nothing would happen, and I also think the countdown is just there so he can fool Ladybug easier. If his ring didn't count down after using a cataclysm, it would be a dead giveaway that he's not the real Cat Noir. Since he used it after she already knew, it didn't end up mattering, but I believe that's why.
