One thing you touched on but didn't elaborate on is when to switch to coin promoter. You can do the math at elite league with your coin promoter and figure out how many coin you'll get per W. From there you can figure out if you'll reach another milestone by calculating points vs wins. So, if I end up with 2500 coin per W and need 22,500 to reach a milestone, I then know that I need a total of 9 Ws to hit that milestone and then can switch back to notoriety promoters. Also, using promoters from the beginning will skyrocket you into elite league, ultimately saving you SD energy if you do need to switch over to coin promoter. Should never use coin promoters outside of elite league.

What do you do when you refresh like 10 times but nobody is ranked higher thank you? I am never above like rank 1000 on the leaderboard but after like 4 wins in a row everyone is a lower rank than me on refreshes

In all these years I didn't know there were SD coins promoters, I thought they were all notoriety. One important thing is when you do revenge and win doesn't mean you get back the same notoriety you lost. Edit: NM, I've just found them. All very rare characters that I'll never have lol.
