Watching Billy in this trailer reminded me of that 80%+- HP increase for stuff in Shiyu (from like 9.5m to 17m total, forgot exact numbers), i feel like characters like Billy will hit bottom of the bottoms tier lists again. Welp, we are playing a gacha game after all. I guess i'l just C6 Billy and will run all other missions, aside from time limited ones. I really like the character (and probably will try the Deadpool skin later)

Hi, really like the format of content and how scientifically you present information. I have a burning question that I cant find an answer to in zzz. What is the difference in performance in 2pc drive disc. ie for a stunner, would dps be higher with an energy 2pc, element dmg 2pc or crit?

oh.... afterburn not as good as i once thought then i thought if 1 proc, then the others will proc too, together. having the ICD based on Burnice is a double-edged sword on the plus side, it prevents uncontrollable gauge drain from multiple afterburn targets on the minus, mob fighting requires agents with large aoe and have lost value otherwise hmm that's a tough balancing

True it would be nice if it triggered everywhere, but I don't think that it makes even a tiny difference since aoe type situations aren't really a problem where you have to have a few 10k damage procs to make the difference.

i guess it explains why they made Jane attacks so much more wide ranged on her basics than piper. piper could only do wide attacks with EX, while that doesnt make her worse per se (outside of damage difference) she's limited by energy that means piper-burnice comp should cancel piper EX finish

Great video! Whats the difference between Fire dmg, atk% and pen% Disc 5 on her? Since her off-field procs scales off of her atk% I though that maybe an atk% disc 5 is better but I've seen people rate Pen% and fire dmg over it. Much appreciated

? wdym, doesnt she still give a giant shred buff? and if you're playing caesar, your comp would look more like a hypercarry anyway? in all caesar content that i've watched, ive never seen anyone play on field ceasar bro unless its a solo challenge which is only a H0 thing anyway

Depends on the Caesar team, she is extremely flexible. You can just use her as a hypercarry stat stick if you want, but, for certain DPS (like s11 being a good example) there is a lot of swapping back and forth between the two. It's extremely situational though. A lot of it comes down to what the enemy is about to do and how much energy Caesar has. Hyper aggressive enemies (like in Ambush mode) you can pretty much play Caesar like a Stun unit where she spends a ton of time on the field until an enemy is stunned. Ultimately she is a hybrid unit. All that aside though, I assume what is being referred to here is the fact that Caesar's shield (and thus her attack buff) only effects the character that is actively on the field. Since Burnice is primarily going to be an off-field sub-DPS it means Caesar can't buff her damage in that regard. And now this video has shown us that Caesar won't even reliably be able to proc burn in AOE situations because of the icd (which prob doesn't matter much, but, it is interesting.) Caesar is prob still gonna be fine with Burnice + another DPS but that is mostly cause our support options are limited right now. As time goes on characters who can buff a whole party will probably be more valuable for Burnice teams (unless you're doing hypercarry Burnice for w/e reason.)

Do you think there's a need of different approach regarding hypercarry burn dps? Unlike instant application of assault, burn anomaly outputs damage in dot-style, long duration of 10 seconds. I don't think it helps also if you could trigger multiple burn anomaly as fast as anomaly cd refreshes since the burn duration would probably get refreshed and you missed the full burn duration from your last anomaly (tbf i haven't tested this, burn duration might stack if i didn't know any better... Maybe??). It really feels like burn anomaly is tailor designed as disorder support or inferno metal 4pc applier for mono fire team (which is just Soldier 11).

reason why her wengine give energy cause in a true disorder comp when u want to cycle anomoly trigger non-stop, u will need those energy to be optimal since u gonna use more of her hold basic > eat more heat > need more energy down the line. Let say it go like this, Burnice trigger burn > Yanagi trigger shock > back to burnice but since u still have high heat, u gonna do 1-2 hold basic into ex ( this will drain a lot of energy ) to trigger burn again > Yanagi > rinse repeat, this rotation will drain much more energy than ur normal burnice playstyle. I dont think MHY design a bad limited wengine especialy after game like HSR exist, even Yuan wengine is good even though ppl just keep parroting that S11 wengine better without knowing how to make it better, for the avg/casual players who wont do perfect combo/rotation, the BIS will always provide much better value

It's really bad grammar and they need to fix it before release because "The stack effect is doubled" means that it goes from 35 to 70... BUT in actuality it stacks at double the rate, so it should be the 'Stacking effect' at the very least, but it should be changed entirely to something like 'the rate of stack accumulation is doubled'.

Can Burnice trigger Burn even from off-field? Afaik all other characters need to be on-field to trigger their Anomaly after the gauge has been filled. Fantastic video btw! All of them. You are THE zzz TCer.
