Totally awesome video, i really apricate you explaining everything the way you did . Im new to salmon fishing, 4 years ago i retired , i live in Indiana ,2 hours away from lake mich. I bought a 2016 Hews Craft pro V 200 it came from Oregan. I,ve got the boat and everthing i need to fish the great lakes, i just don,t have the experience. I catch salmon, but i know i should be catching more, i see fish come in and look at my lures all the time, and leave without biteing , so i know im not doing something right...I have never seen a mold for 16 to 20 oz weights, where can i buy one to make my own weights. Thanks for the info..

Man I’m telling you what they are doing works but it’s not more effective than trolling coppers, dipsy, rigger. If you don’t got down riggers dipsy divers are amazing I run 4 divers two low two high 3 riggers, 4 to 6 coppers/ leadcore catch limits in 3 to 4 hours almost every time sometimes takes longer sometimes it’s shorter. In my opinion spoons meat rigs plugs and flasher flies works better. You can get old down riggers for dirt cheap I have old hand crank ones that never have problems like all the new electric cannons and old school walkers.
