I'm from BC and i feel it only applies to BC. I heard that we're the only province that has those Online Schools where you "enroll" with and get a support teacher.

I'm glad this was valuable to you locally! Thankfully for others in different areas there are also opportunities like this. Across Canada they're now called Distance Learning Schools and in the US they're called Charter Schools.
