One niche fusion to remember about is Roaring Ocean Snake. If you're ever in a situation where you know your opponent has a tribe in hand, and you have a level 6 monster on the field with a meta in hand, and you have less than 1600 lps, you can meta your monster for snake and then tribe can't clear your board and attack for game. It sounds unlikely but if you play enough games with chaos control it will eventually come up.

if a level 2 Fusion would exist in the game, Burn decks would be much less powerful because the Ojama Trio tokens could be used for something at least.

Hello, I know this video is a year old but I have a question for goat fusion situation. Are you allowed to use Mystical Sheep #1 effect when summoned by Rescue Cat when used as a fusion material with Fusion Gate in GOAT Format? I've searched far and wide, but I haven't found a more profound answer at all. Thanks in advance :)

I just got into goat format. Question: A lot of lists I see don’t even have an extra/ fusion deck. Any reason why a lot of decks I see in goat database don’t even have a fusion deck?

He literally explained this in the video lol. Goat format didn't have a limit to the number of cards used in the Fusion deck, unlike the modern Extra deck's limit of 15, so you can play up to 3 copies of any Fusion monster. When playing online, you just have 3 of everything. When playing paper, jam whatever is most useful into the Fusion deck.

i find it funny how you can basically use your extra deck like you would in future formats in goat since metamorphosis is legal, it makes the extra deck actually useful and let's you do a gotcha momment of summoning a monster outside of your deck without making a cluncky fusion deck even if this card is busted i can fully see why it was printed it makes the extra deck actually matter a bit in this format the extra deck would be dogshit otherwise it's like a very very primitive synchro summon in the sense that it needs a monster with a specific level i guess
