Ehhhh the hot tub isn’t going to add any value to the house in general. Short of an in ground hot tub, which dollar for dollar will probably raise the value less than you’d think. I’m saying don’t buy a hot tub as an investment for the property, but as an investment in your quality time and some minor health benefits
