Being an Indian i grewup listening karma as work or action, karma is a hindi word which means "work" simply, when i grew up and heared western world only denotes karma as something like "you do wrong to me and wrong will happen to you" and i was surprised, whole your life is karma, you chose to be in a relationship with a perosn fully knowing few things in him will be a problem in future yet you carry on and you get paid, you decide to study law and as result you become law gradute, your work decides where you will be in future in other words whole you life in is your hands, take good decisions and good will happen this is all what karma means

Small correction , Karma is not Hindi word its Sanskrit Word , Kamma in Pali , Kaam in Hindi ,every other indian langauge thinks its their word but its actually Sanskrit word

After listening to this interview, Even though I have not yet read your book, I believe we are on the same page. I believe we are saying the Thing. The negative things that come to us from our environment are response to the negative things we have put out. If our response to those negative things is more negativity than😊 it will feel like punishment, And we will only be making things Worse. Yet our response is our choice, And if we respond positively. To whatever life throws at us, Life can continually feel like a beautiful thing. The only time we have is now not the past nor the future. The body and mind are inseparable. What and how we feel is our choice. If we are negative, the environment will respond with negativity.If we are positive , the environment will respond with positive. I love all of existence. At. the core of all living beings. Is life itself with all of its potential. Love is a much misunderstood word.But at its core it is compassion, Caring, Nurturing, And realizing that all life contains the same potential. When I asked myself who I am My answer is life itself. Therefore I am one with all existence.

I loved this interview and what I love most is even when I disagree, or better put, acknowledge a different/additional truth personally, his words still align with me. For instance, I believe there is a link to when you are born and the “pile of karma” we stand on. I’ll only speak for myself and my experience. Seeing the astrological “karma”, good and bad attributes of a specific sign on a specific day, was more specific than I wanted in that moment. I found myself shrugging off some attributes but decided to really take a quiet moment to ask myself if that was true and it was a resounding yes. This video provided me with the words to understand what I am intuitively trying to do. Embrace my karma as something to stand on top of and allow my ego to exist in that place. Alive and experiencing life in order to enhance prospective and improve my overall experience. Felt like sharing. Not advocating or judging. I hope everyone is enjoying their experience :) Onelove
