Everything you need to know about Portals in Soulmask

This is just a quick little video discussing the settings to make sure you make the most of your portals, not sure if officially servers have this licked or not. But in single-player I see no reason to suffer with them.

So a couple of things. First, you're only partially right about defeating the ape. You have to beat the frog before fighting the ape so that you can unlock the ability to upgrade your mask to that point. Second, there's a bug right now that if you're too big, or your silhouette is too big (such as having a huge character or on a mount) you can't use the portal at all - there is a minor workaround that works sometimes and that is crouching (or crouching with your mount or follower on follow), but its only a halfmeasure that works only half the time.

So I pinned this comment since it was very informative and will provide information I missed. It's my fault for jumping ahead of the Frog, but what they say is correct. So again sorry if I didn't provide the extremely finite details, but ya.

Transport materials from A to B? Great, thanks. I'll just open that command prompt window up and summon any item if I'm this far along in my admin cheats career. Ever try playing legit / how the game was developed instead of using server settings to make the game easier?

This isn't really a cheat, your just allowing the portals to take items in your back pack. At least to me, I don't see that as cheating. I think spawning in stuff or teleporting using admin stuff as cheating. I view using the portals you unlock to go between bases and take stuff with you as something that should be in the game. Though that's just my personal opinion.
