@@BigBoss-sh2jx The FO4 Weapons are a joke since there are very little Unique Ones. The whole System is just horrible! Even the Named Weapons are just normal fucking Weapons with a fixed Affix. Utterly lazy implementation. It pisses me off how much of a step back FO4 was to new vegas. If having different stats is enough of a criteria to count as a seperate weapon as seems to be the case with FO4, then every seperate Receiver in Fallout 4 for each weapon would be it's own seperate weapon.

@ doesn’t matter. There’s still over 100 weapons. Yes they aren’t fully unique, but stalker could’ve added another 15-20 fairly unique weapons. I’m assuming DLC will add some but there’s likely gonna be a mod pack that’ll add a lot too But if you wanna talk new Vegas as an option, there’s almost 200 in that game.

I’m excited to see how they’ll do multiplayer. I see three different ways of doing it and just hope they pull whichever off well. One way is the easy way which is how it was in CoP with basic deathmatch and whatnot. Secondly could be a Fallout 76 type of multiplayer where the safe areas of the campaign maybe act like hubs where people don’t usually hurt eachother or something loosely like that. Lastly something all out like dayz where the world is open and a set amount of people are free to roam, loot, and kill. I hope they go the free roam route, but no one will know till they show us🤷🏽‍♂️

It'll probly be full of wallers and aimbotting cheaters. Like every other pvp game. Id prefer a co op mode. If I wanna get shit on by cheaters I'd go play cs2 or pubG. But eyy that's just me.

I personally did the pre-order in steam because of the performance confirmed for my Series S is just not enough for me and I would definitely enjoy it more in my PC, but honestly if you have a Series X or if a Series S is your only option then gamepass is the smartest choice you can have to play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, and yeah mods are already confirmed for consoles

I can't really see it that way, co-op wouldn't take much away from it. To be honest, I think it would amplify it. But as far as MP goes, I want to see an open world that is persistent, like DayZ from Arma2. A full map that allows RP and scavenging or raiding Bandit, Duty, Freedom, or other outposts together or against each other.

They've dropped 30-35 minutes of essentially raw gameplay though? They are definitely not hiding this game. It's had more trailers than most games get (most of which are gameplay trailers, not cinematics), they've dropped 30+ minutes of gameplay, Q&As, and are releasing the embargo 2 hours before the game drops, where most games embargo period is the same minute the game launches. That's not to say it might not be shaky, who knows how launch will go. But to say they're hiding the game is slightly naive imo, they've shown us so much of this game and shown it for years too.

​@@actuallyAdonis that's not the distribution of weapons. There's a list of confirmed weapons on Wikipedia. It's not an even amount per weapon type. The majority are assault rifles, then shotguns, smgs, snipers,pistols and finally lmgs if I remember correctly.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is spelled like this for copyright reasons, there's nothing else to it. P.S. there's also no "original book or movie". you could say the game took some inspiration from them, but it doesn't go further than a few basic concepts.

The lore is good but it's not that crazy deep, especially if you're only talking about the stalker games. A KZbin video can easily get you caught up on the lore.

I think you are forgetting we are old man. I was 16 when the first stalker came out in 2007. There tons of kids who have never played this game. I mean think about it, You'd have to be someone almost at least 25 years old now to have played this game when it came out and actually studied the lore.
