Blizzard really needed to shake things up this season to generate some interest, even with the new hero, it feels very underwhelming. @xythiera7255 he was only strong at low ranks where people had no idea how to counter him yet. His primary fire was incredibly weak and he had weak dive potential compared to other tanks such as Winston, Ball and Doom. These updates take power away from some of his abilities and buff his primary fire so he's viable at all ranks. Every hero when they first get released seems powerful as people aren't practiced at playing against them. These buffs allow Hazard to viable at all levels without being oppressive. Quite frankly If you think he's busted it's honestly just a skill issue
